One Little Slip

Like it or love it, it’s my life.

Renaissance festival…

Although I never made it to the fortune teller aka palm reader. I still had a great time at the South Florida Renaissance festival. I had my hair braided in a *now I forget the name* royal crown? Ok I could be totally making that name up but I did take lots of pictures. Its the most gorgeous my hair has ever looked and the best part was that it was long enough to work with. The girl that did it was amazing and as small as the world seems to be, she was born and raised a hop, skip and a jump from where I was.

I also got another toe ring, to replace those which are now long broken and forgotten. Its gold, Florida brings out my love for yellow gold, it seems to go so well with the sunshine.

And lastly I bought some really spectacular honey soap, in three varities, patchouli being my obvious first choice. J bought some honey from the bees in Scotland and then I got a piece of beeswax to keep in my dresser as a nice way to keep it smelling fresh and honey-like.

They had every type of honey imaginable but I was weary to try any because thats just the way I am. Instead I made J taste them, he seemed to have enjoyed it.

I’ve never tried kettle corn before but I was overwhelmed by how good it smelled…I just wanted to jump in that kettle and fill my face; I resisted however.

All in all it was a great day, I think M&L and A would all really love it. So I know where I’ll be next year. Hair pictures soon to follow.
