One week tomorrow.
I start back to school!! I’m excited and a little nervous, the normal back to school feelings I guess. I’ve ordered my textbooks on Amazon but it looks like there was some sort of miscommunication, where as I thought I was getting them in 5-9 days and Amazon has decided to send them to me some time in September!! So I think I’m going to have to cancel that order.
There is something about the back to school season that I just really love, while I was working retail I never did the back to school “thing” (obviously) but I did get to live the experience through the customers and that was fun for me…helping other people spend their money. 
Now that its my turn (again) I love love love getting all the back to school essentials. I got a new bag to carry my books and I’ll be getting my textbooks but thats all I really need. I still have binders and while there was an end of year sale I stocked up on some cheap notebooks and I still have pens…But deep down inside I really want to go and buy some new pencil crayons, pencils and silly little things that my parents used to get me, when I was starting back to elementary school.
There is still that little girl part of me, that gets excited for back to school, going to see a movie in the theatre, getting a card or parcel in the mail…its those little things that made me happy when I was younger, that still excite me today.
