As much as I tell myself that I am “so over” this band, I cannot but help to sing thier songs at the top of my lungs whenever they happen to come on.
J put on an album tonight which I havent listened to in forever and it took me right back to that time and place, where I was at in my life when that album came out. A sad time but ultimatly a strengthing journey…a journey I’ve come to know too well now.
U2 still gives me butterflies, even now when they arent even part of my day to day setlist. It’s amazing all the memories, experiences I had and people I’ve met through this band.
Truly amazing. Ok back to my dancing and singing.
